How Much Will Your Fence Cost?
*Updated July 2021
The pandemic has caused much uncertainty in the cost and availability of fence materials. The combination of Social Distancing restrictions on the manufacturing end and increased demand as families stay at home or relocate, have made it very difficult to set prices and installation dates.
Material costs for chain link, aluminum, vinyl, and especially wood have all increased dramatically and will probably continue to go up. Pre-pandemic, manufacturers generally delivered our new orders within a month. Now, it takes up to 4 months or even more.
Our old business model was generally to get an installation contract and then order the materials. These days, we order materials for our more popular styles in an attempt to maintain an inventory for anticipated contracts.
As a result, the fence you want may not be available this season, but we can still arrange for a free estimate within a few days. If we have the materials, the waiting time from contract to installation is generally 6-8 weeks.
Here is a price guide for some of our more popular residential fences
|4′ High Fences||Installed Price per foot*|
|Galvanized Chain Link||from $20|
|Total Vinyl Chain Link (black, green or brown)||from $22|

|6′ High Privacy Fences||Installed Price per foot*|
